Get Free Legal Advice about Bankruptcy

  Project Self-Sufficiency will host a free, virtual Bankruptcy seminar featuring attorney Steve McNally, Thursday, August 22 nd , 6:00 p.m.   Participants will discuss the process of filing for bankruptcy, as well as the options available to those facing overwhelming credit card debt, foreclosure, or asset repossession with an attorney.   The free legal education seminar is a program of the Journey Family Success Center at Project Self-Sufficiency.   The presentation is free and open to the public; interested participants must call Project Self-Sufficiency, 973-940-3500, to obtain log-in information.

Free Preschool for Newton NJ Students

  Students ages 3 and 4 are invited to attend preschool at the Little Sprouts Early Learning Center . In addition to daycare and preschool, the Little Sprouts Early Learning Center offers care for children before and after school, as well as during the summer. Enrollment in the center’s daycare and preschool programs is currently underway. Interested parents are invited to schedule a tour of the facility by calling Little Sprouts, 973-940-3540, or by completing a form on the website, www.littlesproutsearlylearningcenter.org . Learn about Divorce at Free, Virtual Seminar

  Project Self-Sufficiency will host a free, virtual Family Law seminar on Thursday, July 18 th , 7:00 p.m. featuring attorney Diana Strlovski.   Participants will discuss child support, grounds for divorce, court procedures, alimony, parenting time, equitable distribution of assets, and other topics related to divorce.   The presentation, which will be offered through Zoom, is free and open to the public; interested attendees should call Project Self-Sufficiency, 973-940-3500, for log-in details.   The agency’s legal seminar series is a program of the Journey Family Success Center at Project Self-Sufficiency and is funded by the New Jersey Department of Children & Families .
