Free legal advice and limited legal representation is available at
Project Self-Sufficiency for those who need advice about landlord-tenant
issues, life-planning documents, public entitlements, bankruptcy, divorce,
housing, mortgage modifications, or other topics. Convenient daytime and evening appointments
are available; some participants may be eligible for free legal
representation. Individual consultations
about a variety of legal concerns will be offered on Wednesday, May 15th,
1:00 – 5:00 p.m.; meetings to discuss topics related to family law will be
offered on Thursdays, May 9th and 23rd, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The sessions are free and open to area
residents who meet income eligibility requirements; consultations are by
